Each participant is granted one opportunity to earn the Black Card. No retries. No carryovers. No exceptions.

The qualifying drill is a modified version of the Achilles Tactical “Man Card” Drill, adapted to reflect Iron Horse Tactical’s emphasis on discipline, accountability, and controlled execution under pressure. Performance is evaluated live, on the line, with standards clearly defined and uncompromisingly enforced.

The Black Card itself is a physical symbol of that moment. Finished in matte black with a subdued Iron Horse Tactical crest, it is intentionally minimal, understated, and unmistakable to those who know what it represents. There are no serial numbers to chase, no shortcuts to exploit, and no replacements issued. If you earn it, you keep it. If you don’t, you walk away knowing exactly why.
